Performance (live video and dance)
A performance with dancer/choreographer Chantal Yzermans of the Belgian dance ensemble Radical Low, at Merce Cunningham Dance Studio, NYC. Live images of the dancer are captured, processed and projected on the dance space.
The video acts as a real-time Greek chorus to the performer: it provides a record of what has occurred, expands on what is occurring, and hints at what is yet to come.
